We specialise in the West End of Lincoln, which is the favoured location for students wishing to make the move from Halls of Residence and enjoy greater independence. It is a neighbourhood of red brick terraces between the natural open spaces of West Common and the historic town centre, all within a short walk from the University of Lincoln.

What we excel at

THE HOUSES

Modern, comfortable, and close to everything

Our attention to detail means you benefit from modern, comfortable houses close to the city centre and both universities. You also get an extra level of care and support from our experienced team which may not always be available in rented accommodation.

We know what matters when you are choosing where to live, because it is the same short list every year, and every house comes with the bills in the rent.

  • Comfort.
  • Value.
  • Safety.
  • Prompt repairs.
  • Modern facilities.
  • Bills included in the rent.
BOOKING AND PAPERWORK

We talk you through the whole thing

We will guide you through the bookings process and the tenancy documentation to make sure you fully understand the agreement and the regulatory requirements, such as the provision of Right to Rent identification. For most of our tenants this is the first tenancy they have ever signed.

If you would rather read it before you come in, how to book a house sets out the steps in order, and tenancy agreements explains what you are signing.

WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS

A maintenance team, not a call centre

Our skilled maintenance team provides a 24 hour service in case of urgent repair needs, and they are supported by qualified local tradespeople.

Current tenants can report anything that needs looking at through the repair request form.

Who we answer to

Client Money Protect

Client Money Protect

Client money protection is a legal requirement for letting agents in England. It means the money we hold, rent included, is covered by a government approved scheme rather than sitting unprotected.

Property Redress Scheme

Property Redress Scheme

Every letting agent has to belong to a government approved redress scheme. If you raise a complaint and you are not satisfied with how we have responded, you can take it to the Property Redress Scheme for an independent decision.

We are proud to be part of the Students' Union approved housing scheme, so you can find our houses through Lincoln SU as well as directly through us.

If something goes wrong, start with us: our complaints procedure sets out the steps and the timescales.

THE WEST END

Have a look at the
streets we let in

Which street you end up on changes your walk to campus, your rent and your Saturday nights. Our area guide goes through the West End and the rest of student Lincoln, one neighbourhood at a time.
