If you are already a tenant and something needs fixing, use the repair request form rather than this one. It asks the questions our maintenance team needs answered, so nobody has to come back to you for the basics first.
If you want to make a formal complaint, our complaints procedure sets out the three steps and the working day timescales that go with each one, and where to take it if you are still not satisfied at the end.
