This website is run by WEST END STUDENT PROPERTIES LIMITED (trading as WESP Student Properties) and these are the terms on which you may use it. Using the site means you accept them in full; if there is anything here you cannot accept, please do not use the site.

WEST END STUDENT PROPERTIES LIMITED is a registered company (company number 11844670) providing student lettings and property management services. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these terms refer to WEST END STUDENT PROPERTIES LIMITED.

The site is for lawful use only. Do not use it in a way that breaks any law or regulation that applies to you, wherever you are, and do not knowingly put viruses, trojans, worms or any other harmful code onto it.

We list every house in good faith and believe the details are right when they go up. We cannot promise that any listing is complete, accurate or current at the moment you read it. Rents, availability and the details of a house can change without warning.

Photographs and floor plans show how a house looked when they were taken and are there as a guide, not a record of its present condition. Room sizes are approximate: do not buy furniture or fittings on the strength of them.

Registering for property alerts means you agree to receive emails about houses that match the criteria you set. Every alert email carries an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to stop them at any time.

The content of this website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WEST END STUDENT PROPERTIES LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on it may be copied, distributed or republished without our written permission first.

Some pages link out to services we do not run, such as Google Maps, the universities’ own sites and external property portals. What those sites show, and whether they are available, is outside our control, and we take no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that follows from using them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEST END STUDENT PROPERTIES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of this website.

None of this limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that English law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Complaints about our service should be put to us in writing. We belong to the Property Redress Scheme, a government-approved redress scheme, and our full complaints procedure is published on this site and available from the office on request.

The Immigration Act 2014 requires us to check that every adult tenant has the right to rent in England before a tenancy starts. To meet that duty we will ask you for identification documents, such as a passport or visa.

These terms can change at any time and without notice. The current version is always the one on this page, with its revision date, and carrying on using the site after a change means you accept the version then in force.

The law of England and Wales governs these terms and how they are read. Any dispute about them, or about your use of the site, goes to the courts of England and Wales and nowhere else.
