We do not spread ourselves across the county. Every WESP house sits in or around Lincoln’s West End, which means we know which streets are quiet, which are a five minute walk to a lecture and which fill up first each year. Ask us about a road and you will get a real answer.

03 · LOOKED AFTER ALL YEAR

Our own maintenance team, not a call centre

Report a problem and it goes direct to our own team, which knows the house. We carry out the maintenance ourselves, so a repair never waits for a landlord to approve it, and qualified local trades back us up for anything specialist. In the 2025/26 tenancies (July 2025 to June 2026), 88% of repair requests were resolved the same day or the day after they were reported, and 94% within five days. There is a 24hr contact number for urgent jobs, and houses are painted and professionally cleaned between tenancies.
